1) Pierce Companion is the Only Product we ship through USPS First Class. If for any reason you are not satisfied with Pierce Companion, simply return it for a full refund.

2) If an item reaches you in less than satisfactory condition, please contact us immediately and we will determine whether a credit or replacement is in order. We will provide you instructions on returning and / or receiving a replacement item. You must contact us within 7 days of receipt of merchandise.

3.a) Returns for non-defective, non-broken items must be made within 7 days. There will be a 15% re-stocking fee on all non-defective/non-broken items. Shipping will not be refunded on non-defective/non-broken returns.

3.b) Merchandise must be returned in it's original inner packing and must be in resaleable condition. Merchandise, merchandise packaging, and inner packing must bear no markings or be otherwise defaced or damaged. No credit will be given for items that do not meet these requirements.

4) Returns cannot be accepted after 7 days.

5) We accept money orders. Please allow 5 business days to clear. When ordering merchandise by mail, please include Your Name, Address, Email, Phone & Product Number to: P.O. Box 306 McKinney, TX 75070.

6) Items are shipped out of the warehouse via UPS 7 day ground within 24-48 hours of the order being placed. Allow 7-10 business days for delivery.

7) IMPORTANT: Since UPS does not deliver to Post Office Box numbers, we no longer ship to PO Box addresses. This includes PO, FPO and APO addresses.

8) Please verify you have a correct address for shipping by checking it on the US Postal Service address verification webpage. zip4.usps.com

9) Kreashans will send your order to any of the 50 U.S. states. Currently Kreashans does not ship internationally except Pierce Companion it ships internationally.
